Brian Woerner

Dr. Woerner has worked as researcher and educator for 30 years in the areas of wireless communications and networking, and more recently in the field of connected & autonomous vehicle systems (CAVS). He serves as CAVS faculty advisor to the WVU EcoCAR team, and teaches a capstone design section in the Lane Department of Computer Science & Electrical Engineering based on EcoCAR. Dr. Woerner's work for the IDEA Fellows program will include incorporating entrepreneurship concepts into the capstone course.
