DIRECTOR OF INNOVATION & THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP ECOSYSTEM
A Parkersburg native, Tara St. Clair is passionate about connecting people, ideas, and opportunities to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship across West Virginia. As Director of the WVU Innovation & Entrepreneurship Ecosystem, she leads efforts to unite students, faculty, staff, alumni, and partners in advancing innovation and startup growth.
Tara previously served as Program Director for the Encova Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the John Chambers College of Business and Economics, where she developed statewide initiatives that bridged the academic and business communities.
