From designing, prototyping and implementation he offers his technical assistance to all LaunchLab clients. Keith ensures all projects remain on track and cost effective. He also has experience in writing business plans, idea pitching, and early stage funding opportunities.

    MBA Graduate Assistant

    Caitlin Regner is the senior graduate assistant in the LaunchLab and is currently pursuing dual master’s degrees in business administration and Industrial Relations. She manages the Innovation Living Learning Community, coordinates LaunchLab events and supports the LaunchLab in business coaching and curriculum development. When not working at the LaunchLab, Caitlin enjoys teaching horseback riding and hiking.

  • Scott Siker

    Digital Communications

    Scott Siker is one of the LaunchLab’s graduate assistants, focusing primarily on digital communications. Scott is a recent graduate of the Reed College of Media where he majored in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Business. He is currently enrolled in the Reed College of Media’s 4+1 MSJ program. After graduate school, Scott is planning on pursuing a career in Marketing or Public Relations. In his spare time Scott enjoys playing guitar and kayaking.

    Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

    Emma Hartle is administrative assistant at the LaunchLab, and helps with other duties as needed. She is senior majoring in Environmental and Energy Resources Management, with a minor in Agribusiness. After graduation Emma may pursue a Master's degree, or may pursue a career in the energy sector. In her spare time, Emma enjoys playing with her dogs and riding horses.

  • Maxwell Shavers

    Photographer/ Digital Marketing

    Maxwell Shavers is a junior journalism major in the Reed College of Media. He is from Charleston, West Virginia and his job title at the LaunchLab is visual marketing. Basically, he documents all of the LaunchLab's pitches and events through photos for future use, and also creates fliers, digital posters, and other visually stimulating content for the LaunchLab and their clients. He also has a mixtape called 'A Mixtape' on Soundcloud.

  • Adam Payne

    Videographer/ Digital Marketing

    Adam Payne is currently a sophomore at WVU, double majoring in Broadcast Journalism & Acting. He’s hoping to intertwine these two to one day plunge into the entertainment industry. Here at the Launch Lab, he does digital marketing, interviews, and other promotional videography and photography. He loves creating and performing, so, his job, his home back in Wheeling, and all he has been involved with in Morgantown have helped him fulfill these passions.

  • Liam Moon

    MakerLab Engineer

    Liam Moon is a prototype engineer in the MakerLab and is responsible for designing student prototypes using 3D printing. He also maintains the 3D printers and other equipment to keep the MakerLab running smoothly. Liam is a student in the engineering college dual majoring in Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering and he has experience working in an engineering environment through previous internships, including one with NASA.

    Keegan Mueller is a Senior Mechanical Engineering student at West Virginia University and is from Shady Spring, WV. Keegan helps at the LaunchLab by providing assistance to fellow entrepreneurial students by creating physical prototypes of their business products. Keegan is in the introduction stages of his own start up. After college he hopes to earn his MBA and continue in the field of business. In his spare time, he enjoys reading books.
