Assistant Vice President for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Mindy Walls’ responsibilities are focused on coordinating and integrating the academic components of strategic campus-wide entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives, including developing curriculum in these critical disciplines for the WVU-Beckley campus.

Assistant Vice President for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Mindy Walls’ responsibilities are focused on coordinating and integrating the academic components of strategic campus-wide entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives, including developing curriculum in these critical disciplines for the WVU-Beckley campus. She also supports student success initiatives, including working on the coordination and implementation of Project 168. She has 11 years’ experience in entrepreneurship education. Previously Ms. Walls served as the Associate Director of the WVU Entrepreneurship Center where she developed the academic minor in entrepreneurship. Later, she became the Center Director where she developed the West Virginia Statewide Collegiate Business Plan Competition and other co-curricular student activities. She has developed and taught numerous entrepreneurship courses in both face-to-face and online environments.
